Veritas Capital aaada is planning to sell 10 million aaada shares of DynCorp International Inc. (NYSE: DCP), via a secondary offering. The sale would reduce Vertias ownership stake from 55.4% to 37 percent. DynCorp stock closed yesterday at $21.43 per share. www.dyn-intl.com
