But I am satisfied with the work we have done in Jerez and I can not wait to get back inside the car can improve in Barcelona and beyond. "
Nick Wirth, technical director was especially pleased with the progress that had made the team compared to last year: "Many of the systems that caused problems last year, have now worked flawlessly and we learned a lot. As with any new venture, the tests brought here and there some minor issues to light, but they are addressed as soon as possible. The important thing is that the basic package appears to be reliable. "
"There are still missing some parts, what the basic set-up and performance in limited, but that will all be in Barcelona," Wirth adds yet ready. "The car is a good step forward compared to last year, and that's what we want."
Of all times put down on the four days in Jerez, Glock could drop the 19th time, 1: 22 208 on day 2, and Jérôme the 23th time, 1: 22 985 on day 4. Barrichello had the fastest lap, Trulli slowest.
