ANDREW CHUTER LONDON The former head of Britain s armed forces, Gen. Sir David Richards, has been recruited by DynCorp International to head the support company s business activities here just weeks ahead of the UK government naming the winner of a competition to privatize the state-owned Defence Support Group (DSG), in which the US concern is a prominent bidder.
